- RBRusty BFeb 21, 20265.0Great customer service with a difficult claim. My car was hit by a under insured “state minimum coverage” driver. The driver ignored calls from her insurance company and tried to delay the process so we had to file a claim with our Allstate agent. They handled our claim effectively and recovered our deductible. Great experience.

Absolutely no help or alternative was offered. They started that the policy was paid in full through August 31 even though the house was sold 6 months earlier yet they claim an outstanding balance. I can't imagine how this can be legal. Absolutely disgusting company.
