  Prepare to be billed for several months after selling the house and not finding out about it until you're sent to collections. Absolutely no help or alternative was offered. They started that the policy was paid in full through August 31 even though the house was sold 6 months earlier yet they claim an outstanding balance. I can't imagine how this can be legal. Absolutely disgusting company.

  The reason I am leaving a review is the same reason I left his agency to go to another. He doesn’t pick up the phone or return phone calls. He’s also ok with violating someone’s privacy, too. Lance didn’t update my policy properly after my divorce and my ex husband’s number was listed as the first contact number on some back channel. I trusted Lance to practice competence and discretion since he was the agent updating my policy because of the divorce. Four years after my ex was removed from my policy, my divorce finalized, and an accident later, my ex was still listed as the person of contact. He was contacted several times by the other insurance company trying to get a hold of me, and you guessed it, with no success. This is a violation to my privacy and is absolutely unacceptable. It’s truly insulting. He was incompetent when handling my policy and demonstrated misogynistic tendencies. I certainly won’t be picking up the phone when someone tries calling in regard to this review.

  Allstate’ is a good insurance company it is good its rental and it’s goods with fire insurance I like it better than any other insurance lm 60 yes old and I had nothing better
