  Amazing Customer Service, the whole crew is super kind and helpful. My past insurance company if I had an issue and tried to call in and talk with the manager I would never get a call back or anything. Paul is super kind, patient and understanding and even took the time to help me get my new insurance policy set up while my normal contact wasn’t in the building that day.

  We switched to Paul Como-Allstate years ago upon a friend's recommendation and have not once been disappointed with his professionalism and service. Paul is easy to talk to, and his business has grown since we first started carrying our insurance with him. Also, his staff members Debbie and Tracy were both recently very helpful. We don't talk very often, but when we do, he is always willing to answer questions patiently and provide help with what you need.

  I wish I could write a review for Allstate Claims and not towards the agency itself. But, I have lost all faith in this insurance company. They do not follow through with contacting the at-fault party and their insurance company. I filed a claim back in December which was no fault of mine. I trusted Allstate to take care of subrogation and they failed to do so. They also fight with auto-body shops and under estimate the cost of damages. I literally hate that you have to use their video call adjuster. What a waste of my time. They don't send anyone out to look at the damages anymore. Bunch of BS!!
