- CPChristy PetersonJul 23, 20221.0Horrible. They didn’t cancel my insurance for almost 8 months after I sold my home. The insurance company requires they do it. You can’t do it on your own when working with a broker. They could never get it right. I eventually got desperate and convinced travelers to help me cancel it. However I’m out almost 8 months of payments that I had to make since they never sent in the paperwork. Dont use them. Just work directly with an insurance company.
