  First with this agent. Went way better then old agent. Though didn't talk much. Did help with my claim some. Claim went well once allstate got more involved. Was routed to closes repair shop. Help shop with my vehicle. Being a Chevy SSR. Shop was not quite up to date on them so helped when needed. Then when done shop gave me vehicle back as finished but wasn't. Even damaged parts not in accident. Got this agent involved set me into local Allstate agent covering that shop. Straighten everything out. Vehicle was taken back and made right. Closes they could without having to paint how truck because blending black is tuff. All in all worked out great. Being rare I had to find those damaged pairs. Bought and gave to shop to replace. Allstate gave me my expenses back. Even had to go from shop to Chevy dealer to fix damage shop couldn't. Allstate covered all that also. Here a some pictures before and after.

  Most unprofessional business experience ever! be careful giving your personal information to her, they called and called and called after I did a online quote, so I gave her a visit to see my options, stupid me! then all of a sudden I had a policy I did not approve or want, she's very tricking in making you have a policy with her office and the rates are ridiculous! Not a good person when things don't go her way, then she leave derogatory statement about you as she did nothing wrong, still SMH! But thankful for the nice lady in the complaint dept. Got my money refunded the same day, YES $182.00 was taken from my account for a monthly payment for car insurance on a 7yrs old vehicle, a quote I never even looked at or agreed to #beaware! SMH again!
