  I would not recommend this agency at all. We have been customers for 16 years and paid on time every month but that did not matter at all to Matt. We had an auto claim while my husband was sparking and it was denied. When I tried to fight the claim everyone from Allstate kept brushing me off and saying there is nothing I can do. I was told by the corporate office to reach out and see if Matt at my local branch would consider a contribution of any amount to our $2,000 repair bill, 2 weeks before Christmas. His reply was that is not an option. Matt never would speak to us on the phone. Every time I called his office I would have to talk to his secretary, Tammy, because Matt was not able to take my call or was either out of the office. So I would leave a message with Tammy and Matt would not pick up the phone and call me back but he would email me. Sad to say they are losing a customer of 16 years because all that seems to matter to them is to make sure they get their money and they're not concerned for the customer. Also BEWARE any spark drivers that think they have coverage through their personal auto insurance with allstate. We found out the hard way but in order to get any coverage you have to have a business and get Commercial Auto Insurance on your personal vehicle to cover any damages if you have to file a claim. They don't tell you this, all they say is you have to have full coverage which we did have at the time. Also, I was raised and still believe that "honesty is the best policy". But I was told by someone from Allstate that the only way to have had my claim covered was to have lied when I filed my claim. To me this seems very unethical and wrong.

  Worst experience of my life. Paid on time every month and then when renewal came around they took my payment. Later they returned the payment and canceled my policy for non-payment. This office then told me all they could do is start a new policy that would cost me $100 more than I was currently paying. Its extortion plain as day.

  I would like to reach out to Natalie Burke at my local Allstate agents office in Ebansburg. Amazing individual. She helped me with a car insurance policy showing such professionalism but kept it real. I was upset about a personal situation, and she had me smiling by the time I left her office.... In tears of gratefullyness!! Thank you Natalie!! God Bless!!
