  If I had a chance to give zero I would give them. I had a landlord plan with them (50% expensive than Statefarm). My payment was on autopay and I never bothered to check it. In July 29th I cancelled the plan because I got a better quote from Statefarm. If there was a due I would have paid it. I didn't realize it until on October 31 2024 someone from CCS called to collect credit collection. I disregarded the call because in my life not even single bill was late. I thought they were those online scams to get money from people. It is just $49 but that is not the point, they violated federal law not informing me if there was a due. And also my payment file was on their system (recurring) if they had a due they should have at least send an email about this. I am giving zero star for two reason 1) Poor communication 2) I got offended sending a 49 file for credit collection agency which would have affected by credit score. Allstate designed an IT system that is not well suitable for good customer service. I would advocate everyone about this incident and never trust AllState. I have no problem with Patricia at the agency but I think Jared Taylor should have better properly acknowledging customer and worked directly. By the way AllState is at least 25 - 50% more expensive than statefarm with trash IT System.
