- BJbryant jasperFeb 15, 20265.0I get so many phone calls about insurance where they could save me money and believe me Allstate is fair and the cheapest one for me so people please don't believe the hype don't answer the phone calls from other insurance agency because it's only a gimmick if it's not broken don't fix it that's my model and I stand by it 100%, Allstate is there always when you need it 100 and 1%
- JSJare SemanekJan 25, 20241.0This does not goes towards the office itself, the ppl in the office are great but Allstate itself it's completely terrible. They do not have any local agents, so when something happens it is all done over the phone and you yourself have to do all the work and finally after months and months of back and forth and arguing with them they will then give you a check worth about 10% of whatever the damage is that you claiming. Definitely would not recommend.

Not to mention they respond quickly to any questions I have making insuring my car and home a breeze. Due to medical reasons we had a lapse in our car insurance, (instead of blowing us off like a lot of insurance agency would have) they really worked with us and helped get us back to being insured!!!!
