  As a retired military person at 74 yrs old, on fixed income, no accidents.... I'm tired of paying for someone else's insurance..by mine going up!!

  I have been with Allstate for 50 yrs. I have not had any complaints about this insurance company. Claims are promptly resolved. I am definitely in Good Hands with Allstate !!!

  We have been with this company for 9+ years. We have been loyal paying customers. We have personally filed 2 VERY MINOR claims (IN 9+ years!) Once, my husband hit a deer- it wasn’t worth filing a claim because an “All State garage” estimated the damage nearly 80% less than the estimate we attained from our garage/reputable dealership. We fixed it ourselves. In December, my husband was hit from behind and pushed into another vehicle. We were told to take the truck to an “All State” garage. The work was so substandard, my husband continues to make adjustments and fix it himself. Insurance companies are big business- big money. I’m starting to understand how that big money accumulates. I have called so many times over the years- it seems as though the representatives rehearse responses to customers’ concerns, that cause you to doubt yourself and ultimately accept paying MORE MONEY...or simply remain silent as one did to me today. Our monthly payments continue to rise, for no reason other than “well, that’s the average cost.” I do not have time to argue. I am ashamed I have paid a premium to this company for so long. I will find another insurance carrier this year. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY. I will never recommend All State.
