Only problem I had is with there auto pay system one time I got overcharged and no money in my account to cover the double charge. And the second was my fault for not having enough money and now I got penalized for and entire year because of the auto payment process that I am no longer allowed to have because of there policies. Don’t mess up auto pay because even if it’s not your fault for a mistake you end up suffering to manual pay for ayear

The neighbors toilet got clogged and they called a company in to unclog it. While the company was trying to unclogged the problem they cracked my pipe and I had water pouring out of my ceiling. Water was cleaned up quickly, I still have a hole in my ceiling and 1/2 my carpet is gone. I have been waiting three months since the incident for the rest to be repaired. I have called, sent emails and gotten no response from anyone. Now, my home owners went up $63.00, for what, because I submitted a claim. I’m still waiting for repairs to be done. I would not recommend Allstate to anyone looking for insurance. They drag their feet, do not keep you updated or explain anything that is going on with the claim. I have not had any communication on the app since April, I do not even know how it is progressing or if it is progressing.
