Brian, the agent I spoke with, was very professional and knowledgeable about the policies I was inquiring about. If there was anything that I wasn't clear about, he would always clarify and explain them to me, as there were a couple things my old insurance did not have but State Farm offered. I was able to get great rates with better coverage for both my home and my car. Thank you so much, much appreciated!
