- JJjkallisFeb 6, 20265.0JoJo Bangemu the Allstate claim adjuster/estimator did a "fantastic" job in "examining" my roof and the entire structure, explaining any questions I had and she sent all the paperwork to me in a timely manner. She also followed up with phone calls asking about my looking for a contractor and if I had any more questions.

You sit on hold for long periods of time to be told that the local agent has to speak to you. Horrible customer service and a waste of people's time. How do you have a business with ZERO customer service! Terrible. I'd give negative 10 stars if I could.
