After being with the gecko for 10 years, and my rates going up every year after year for a 20+ year old high-mile truck with bare minimums, I had it. After wanting to add a new car to my policy and seeing my rate nearly double, I reached out to Cerine on a recommendation and she immediately hooked me up with better coverage at a rate that smoked the small lizard and ate it for dinner. Switching was easy, she made it a no-brainer and has been quick to respond to any questions or policy changes I might come up with. She may not be my local agent, but she treats me like a "good neighbor". Highly recommend!
