- SRSusan ReynaJan 20, 20262.0For one prices are extremely high. My renewal policy was 672.00. Priced around and Geico got me to 370.00. I have a good record with no accidents nor tickets. One accident that was a hit and run when I was in the building at work, but not my fault. Anyhow, this agency is great if you want insurance, but once you want to cancel they have no respect to make sure you are not charged. My policy renewed on 1-16-26, I notified them on 1-14-26 to not renew. and they did not. It went through. I emailed them again on 1-16-26 in the morning when I saw the charge and asked them to credit me. No response. I called my charge company and they said I had to wait for it to get out of pending, so I emailed them again informing them of that and the fact that I will dispute this charge and still no word from them. So, this morning, six days after my initial request, I disputed the charge. I would not be on here giving a bad review if they had the decency to respond to one of my three emails. I will be moving my home owners policy as well.
