  Incredibly hard to work with. He will ghost you for days, weeks, and even months at a time. Jim TOTALLY SCREWED ME. He was unprofessional and completely rude. Be warned, he will completely ignore your attempts to contact him. I will leave details off of a public forum but consider this a warning.

  Our experience with Jim Fitzgerald has been very positive from the first moment we spoke to him on the phone. He has come to our house, answered all our questions and most importantly has provided the service we needed. We look forward to many years working with Jim and his agency.
