- SCSantos ColonFeb 25, 20261.0I wouldn’t get insurance from here or All State they send me an email I saw that my rate went up because they have problems with the state and because I canceled the umbrella policy, the only reason I canceled my umbrella policy is because I got laid off from my job I couldn’t afford it I call them and the person that I talk told me shouldn’t be a problem that as soon as I get a job I was going to put the policy back I’ve been with them for a year and two months they didn’t give me a chance

Wendy M happened to reach out one day out of the blue thankfully and did an incredible job reviewing our home owners and Auto if it wasn't for her we would have pursued other insurance companies. - MSMr. ShattahFeb 10, 20261.0I’m not 100% sure if this is the right location, but it doesn’t matter it’s still Allstate do not make the same mistake I made and sign up with this company. I had a fire in my house a couple years ago and I cannot change house insurance so Allstate must know that because they’re taking full advantage of us. I’m getting charged $2000 a year for house insurance for my little house when I used to only pay 1000 and since they found out that I can’t move insurances, they have taken full advantage of that opportunity and have increased my policy every three months since then. I am paying more money for my house insurance than what my mortgage cost on a month. This is ridiculous. Please someone help me get out of this company.
