  was a 39 year customer with allstate i was moved from my agent in state college tamy vedorfer she was amazing then she retired then i was moved to and gentleman cant remember his name but he was very good then he retired then i was moved to the shetler agencey in state college they were amazing then they shut down then i get moved to agent in bellefonte andreas this guys terreble i had not one but 2 comprehensive claims he told me they were not comp claims then the state farm agent in bellefonte tells to to call alstate claims that they are comp claims so i had to call allstate claims directly then i had to have my title up loaded to my clain i went back to this bellefonte agent hes ont he phone with his girl friend says ill get to it a week latter still no up load had to do it my self. then i find out my 5 policies have sky rocketed and none of my coverages have been updated my coverage was for like a 3rd of my value if i experianced a loss then i found out a truck i use 2 weeks a year at hunting camp that should be in the 30 dollar range is 200 a month just for comp. youde think the agent would help his custermers st least some when i ask andreas about types of claims he told me he had no idea to call allstate thats crazy whats the agent do other then collect comission and as far as his office open i always seem to haver a hard time even finding him open and ide never seen any emploies our secratarys in his office now maby they was not working every day i was there i dont know do your self a favor and at least look at a awsome helpfull agent state farm bellefonte crazy they had to advise me on turn in a allstate claim becauce my again dont know whats covered under a comp claim. after 39 years ive moved to state farm in bellefonte george is a awsome agent. do you self shop around not just for better rate forget that shop for custermer service
