Our office location has been part of the East Side since the early 90's and we are happy to serve our community. Not only do they not have a clue what they are doing, but they are not friendly and make major mistakes that they are unwilling to resolve. I can’t believe how terrible my experience with this agency has been after the new owners purchased it a few years ago. On top of all of that, when I switched to another insurance company, my insurance premium decreased by over 50% for the same insurance coverage.
