Tiffany was helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful, an absolute joy to work with. With staff like this I will be staying with State Farm for another 30 years.

I had been with State Farm for almost 40 years. I have had many issues with them, over the years, including poor communication and disorganization. It often took multiple follow-ups just to get a response. There is a review on here from 2025 that pretty much sums up my experience as well. Overall, the service fell well short of my expectations, particularly given my long-term loyalty. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value responsiveness and clear communication.
