I visited their office and 3 phone calls with their secretary and Fiona Rodriguez " The Specialist " and I had a great experience with them answering my difficult long questions trying to figure out ways to keep my insurance with them after 30 yrs being their loyal customer and not shopping around so surely, I got lots of help with them finding different ways and the corporate State Farm office also.
