  I am not a client of this agency. I did receive one of their flyers in mail however. On it they state that they are q “5 Star” on Google. As you can see they are not. They are 4.5 as an office. If you are considering using this agency I strongly recommend you read the 1 Star ratings. I give kudos to Ms Byrd to personally have responded to the 1 Stars. I will not be contacting this agency.

  We are coming up on our 5-year anniversary with the Robin Byrd agency so I figure it’s time to give credit where credit is due. Usually you don’t get to know your agent once you first sign up for a policy, but in our case, 3 years ago an unlicensed motorcyclist ran a red light and hit my wife’s nearly new car. Robin stepped up to immediately get approval to repair our car under uninsured motorist coverage, and made sure we could choose the shop to make the repairs. During this difficult time period I always found Robin to be very accessible, you could reach her by phone or she would respond promptly by email. And bonus, her assistant Terri is so knowledgeable it’s like you have a second agent to go to. Over the 5 years we’ve had some rate increases on homeowner’s insurance (no surprise with all the wildfires and hurricanes) and Robin has jumped in to re-work our coverages and find more affordable options. In summary, Robin is one of those people who doesn’t just SAY they care, she actually ACTS like she cares. We have been VERY satisfied with having Robin Byrd as our insurance agent and I feel honored to be able to write this positive review.

  I've used them for years. With everything going up in price all around us, I actually went down in my premiums. Very happy with the service and response when I needed answers. I'm not much on giving reviews but when's it's well deserved I will. This definitely is well deserved

  Robin's office has an excellent customer service team. Terri is my go-to for everything insurance. She's top-notch, a pleasure to work with and always ready to assist with our insurance needs.
