- JIJohn IannittiFeb 28, 20261.0These people did not properly notify me when my policy got cancelled randomly. I had enrolled in auto pay and had way more than enough to keep paying for years on end. I’ve been driving for a full month with no insurance in a $100,000 car. Completely inappropriate. I’m usually always notified if there’s any issues in my account at all. They tell me they can’t do anything and don’t know what to do. Corporate also doesn’t help. They wanted me to pay a down payment over $1000 in order to reinstate my policy $100 higher than it was before. SCAM DO NOT GIVE ALL STATE YOUR BUSINESS.

My insurance is through the roof. I have no idea why.. He was supposed to call me Monday. I have called all week. No call back.

The cost was very similar, however, the addition of an agent to talk to cannot be underappreciated. Every time we call we talk to someone who knows us and our situation. Having an agent to deal with is wonderful. We recommend Allstate and Neil Lansing wholeheartedly.
