  I was looking into changing insurance companies due to rising prices with my former insurance, and called Allstate to see if things were any different with them. Not only did I find major discounts with Allstate, I was greeted by Ashley Trendell, who not only helped me get all the possible discounts, her customer service was TOP TIER, very professional, understanding, caring, and made my experience the best I’ve ever received. Her professionalism and dedication to helping people should be modeled, and be used in training others. I give her a 10/10….. Thank you so much Ashley!

  I've dealt with many insurance agents and this was by far the worst, when reaching out directly to him he refused to provide any remedies to a situation created by HIS OFFICE. Automatic charges were being taken and inaccurate, and when he was asked to help us, he said he couldn't. However he gladly accepted the money being taken from my account, when he added an extra vehicle in the middle of my 6-month block. And then couldn't be reached to help us when we ask to speak to him directly. His assistant asked him how they could help us, KNOWING this was their mistake, he said he wasnt able to help. We asked them to get corporate's phone number and he refused to give it, and gave us some "contact us" link that was a dead-end. DONT USE THIS GUY!!! Despite his public claim of taking review seriously , he was of no assistance nor did care in private, so any assistance now is just to save face. EDIT REVIEW TO REPLY TO HIS MESSAGE BELOW. **offering to speak to me NOW after not helping last month is silly, again.. I say he was of NO HELP, and others given this information and reading the emails with INSURANCE knowledge couldnt believe the lack of assistance we were given. And how they topped it with a dead-end automated email.

  Trust me when I say, Allstate is best car insurance company I've had. I've been insured through progressive, state farm, and Geico. None of these insurance companies even came close to the quote that John Wanderscheid gave me. I went from progressive insurance to All-State that same day after talking with John, and he even helped me get my money back from progressive and I now save 200$ every month being insured through AllState. Thank you John wanderscheid. And thats not even the best part to this story. This is why I love ALLSTATE. The month of November I was struggling financially, I just couldn't catch a break. Not knowing what would happen and thinking the worst. I called Allstate The day my bill was due telling them I couldn't make my payment. The same wonderful woman that always answers the phone when I call picked up..... I explained my situation feeling embarrassed. Not only did she help wash away those feelings, she helped me out and gave me good advice. I was able to make my payment ten days later without any penalties or my policy getting dropped. To keep her identity private I'll call her Miss J. I finally caught a break thanks to you miss. J. With ALLSTATE your not just a customer, your like family. And that's the reason why I love ALLSTATE ❤ 11/18/21
