  Rebecca has a fake and rude demeanor. Her agency name should be changed to "Rebecca Fakebanks". We encouraged Rebecca to come over to our home that had already been torn up due to the damage to witness exactly how significant the water damage was. Her email to me below encouraging me to hire an Allstate contractor in which she probably would have likely received a kickback telling us that the contractor bid that we submitted to our adjuster at the time, was overcharging us. This was her response: "You are being untruthful about our conversation yesterday with your comments below, I cannot accept any further emails from you and I can assure you that I will not be coming to your home." She does not want to communicate through email. We are in 2021 and she needs to start taking ownership and supporting her clients. All we did with Rebecca is argue because of her unprofessionalism and she had continually dropped the ball with our requests which were by no means unreasonable and to be totally honest, is what she directed us to do. I do not recommend this agent or Allstate to anyone. We had to make a claim due to an unexpected water leak in our 40+ year old home caused by a failed copper pipe. We went through 4 adjusters, with every adjuster it was never communicated to us that we had a new adjuster. Rebecca did not support us as to the last correspondence above where she did not want to email anymore. As soon as we settled with Allstate after many months of back and forth, we requested, via email to have our policy cancelled as of 7/23/21. I had to make a phone call to get my polices cancelled. Worst customer service ever. (Except her employee Sonya) Sonya kept us here as well as Jonathan who is no longer representing her agency. Keep looking unless you want to deal with a condescending Fake Rebecca Fairbanks. More headache than not.
