I call, give my info, and I'm told someone who's been working on my policy will give me a call back. Here we are, over a week later. No return call, no email from them. My car is still not covered and I still can't let the added driver drive, because they haven't been added. Still. You can't do this on the app. Im usually tied up during the day and can't get down there before they close. I'm not very impressed with this State Farm. They are not living up to the expectations that are expected of them because of the reputation of State Farm. Supposed to be ONE of the better insurance companies. Not impressed. Thinking about changing companies. 🤔 Signed, very upset customer
