  Everyone is so friendly and helpful when I need assistance with my policies. They always know who I am as a name and not a number, which is refreshing nowadays. Janice and her staff do annual reviews and check for policy discounts to help save money, which I appreciate very much.

  Not sure who I talked to today, as I was in shock at the rude customer service. I occasionally help my parents make calls, and today was one of those days. “Do your parents not speak English,” She asked. Rude, and completely unexpected. She proceeded to say that it was company policy to have the main person call since there will be a soft credit pulled, so they needed authorization. Okay, that’s totally fine and understandable, and could have said that instead of asking about my parent’s language. I called the 1800 number instead. The lady was super nice and apologized for the First Ladies behavior. I had to hang up to call my dad and tell him the situation, and then I called a second time. I did not tell the lady what had happened. I let her know I was calling for my parents, and she said “are your parents nearby, so that they can authorize me to speak to you?” That’s proper customer service, Not asking about my parents language. Oh, and yes. I did a three way call and my dad was able to authorize me to speak to the representative… In English!! So 5 stars for the 1800 number. Zero stars for whoever I spoke to over the phone.

  Janice worked hard to find a better price on our car insurance. We appreciated that very much.

  Very happy and satisfied with every interaction I have had with everyone at the Burges Agency. I could not recommend them highly enough!
