- SDSushmita DeyFeb 8, 20241.0We had very bad experience working with this agent. He totally misled us by giving a quotation which had incorrect coverage. He assigned 5% deductible for home, upon asking for clarification he explained this is 5% of repair cost. Later we found that it was 5% of home value which was much much higher and not practical for any real coverage. There are other issues as well. Better to avoid this agent.
