  I’m writing this report based on an incident that someone I know experienced with an Allstate employee named Julie Larkin. They stopped briefly in a parking spot to drop off items to a neighboring business, and Julie responded by honking and claiming the space was hers, rather than handling the situation with even basic courtesy or professionalism. There’s a way to communicate concerns respectfully — this was not it. The behavior described was aggressive, unnecessary, and disappointing coming from someone representing a major insurance company. Interactions like this reflect poorly on Allstate, and can ultimately cause the company to lose customers.

  Clearly, I was not in good hands with Allstate. I was side swiped by an impatient young lady who passed me in a construction zone on a curve with a double yellow line with a set speed limit of 25 mph. The claims agent said that I was 20% at fault, when clearly the other driver was 100% at fault. I switched to a different insurance company and lowered my rate to 145.00 for two vehicles vs. $350.00.

  Julie is a straight shooter. Promise and deliver and I'm here forever. Some agents get our business just once. Others originally set us up with what looks good, then turns out they can deliver over and over again. Julie started with one of our policies and now carries the commercial auto and multiple home policies. If there were more categories available from Allstate she'd get those also. Client focused with real service.

  Julie always responds quickly, and is always helpful. I wouldn't think of insuring with anyone else!
