- CHCasey HagerFeb 1, 20261.0I’ve been paying top dollar for good coverage on two pickups, an rv, and a flatbed trailer for years now without any claims or issues on my end. I had one small accident in a parking lot a few months back where I dinged a car with the back end of my flatbed trailer. They said I had “accident forgiveness because of my tenure with Allstate” and my rates should stay the same. That wasn’t the case. After a lengthy back and forth in which the claim department kept repeatedly mixing up the facts of the accident they fixed the lady’s car. A frustrating process for sure. Apparently though I lost my safe driver discount and they not only raised my rates but also asked me to change my rv to a lower coverage with a different company. BS!!!
