In this case a customer who has paid their bill 100% on time for consecutive 8 years. Don’t even read my review- just read James response and ask yourself “is this the type of person I want protecting my assets”. What a joke of an agent. ——— Watch out, they will automatically add drivers to your policy without permission. Completely unacceptable. I pay my bill and just want to be left alone. Not randomly receive letters informing me they are adding drivers to my policy, without any direction or consent from me. They buy data from a company called LexisNexis in order to modify your policy. Unbelievably unprofessional and I will be seeking new insurers.
