  I have been a long-time client of Dan Peterson's Allstate office. They have always provided excellent service. I have most recently worked with Bryan over the past 6 months, and he has been awesome to work with! Knowledgeable, responsive and personable.

  I sent an inquiry to Dan Petersons Agency and Monica Stanley (the office manager) was the one who responded. I needed a new auto policy from an out of state move and that’s not what I got. She asked about another car of mine that isn’t insured with Allstate and it was just left at that. She was stuck on trying to get the other car insured in which I already got a quote from Allstate on and I let her know that it was too high. I never got a response or help about getting my initial inquiry fulfilled so I decided to go elsewhere.

  I wish we would have switched to Allstate years ago. My rep is available anytime I call and always willing to help me with any questions. As soon as I joined Allstate, I got rear ended at a stoplight. I went through the other insurance for my claim. Monica, at the Hillsboro office, has been there for me every step of the way and with every single question I have. Thank you for taking great care of your customers!
