  We we're not happy with them at all. No communication with this company at all. We went with double coverage on a vehicle that we didn't even own anymore. We noticed this when we got our new insurance cards on our new work van. Definitely much happier with our new insurance company.

  So far all state has been the most reasonable. They work with you on budget and concerns and always so nice and helpful. They know what they are doing!! I plan on staying with them for a while.

  Carrie Fox sent me an email inviting me to submit proof of recent home improvements, including new roof, new exterior paint, new kitchen remodel and appliances, new wood stove. After submitting the receipts, she refused to return my phone calls. I spoke with Justin and he told me that Carrie looked at the home improvement receipts and put “points on my account.” I told Justin that my house needed to be insured for more money. I received zero response from both Carrie and Justin. After over 25 years with Allstate, I switched to Amica. Within 30 days of signing my new policy, my house is insured for $40,000 more than Allstate was insuring it for.
