- TBT. Brooks6 days ago1.0Chris is fantastic but Kenneth is the ultimate in rude. Last year when I dealt with him, he was businesslike and friendly, but, wow, he has changed! I am considering moving my business to another local Allstate agency because of him and how he treated me via phone and email, barking commands, no please, no thank you... after a $3800 payment for home insurance you would think he would be kind to his customer. He made me walk on egg shells to talk with him. Update: One week later: I transferred to another local agent. I don't need to be treated this way by *anyone*.

Within the last couple years, we call and he won't call us back. When we've had a claim, there's no personal communication, no options to pay rather than having insurance cover it. Recently I had a couple phone conversations where Kenny Kinzler actually yelled at me for asking approximately when I can expect a call back. We have transferred to a different insurance agency, and away from Allstate because of how Kenny Kinsler has treated us. It seemed at first that he was our agent and on our side, but not anymore. 100% do not recommend.
