  Went through Allstate:Kenneth Kinzler for several years..Rising premium costs for my house forced me out the door. Also the car insurance was constant but still was paying too much. When I did get in contact with them they were helpful.

  When we first contacted Kenny Kinzler after a recommendation from a neighbor, he was helpful and engaged. Within the last couple years, we call and he won't call us back. When we've had a claim, there's no personal communication, no options to pay rather than having insurance cover it. Recently I had a couple phone conversations where Kenny Kinzler actually yelled at me for asking approximately when I can expect a call back. We have transferred to a different insurance agency, and away from Allstate because of how Kenny Kinsler has treated us. It seemed at first that he was our agent and on our side, but not anymore. 100% do not recommend.

  I was searching for cheaper house insurance and was dealing with several companies online and by phone. I was getting frustrated until I called Allstate. It was simple and a good price compared to other quotes. Thank you

  Had a great experience with Kenny Kinzler at Allstate Insurance and wanted to share…! I was referred to Kenny Kinzler at Allstate insurance by a local Real Estate Professional. Upon my associates’ recommendation of Mr. Kinzler I asked, “What impressed you about Mr. Kinzler.” My associate shared that he found Kenny to be an honorable, knowledgeable, and prompt professional. After speaking with Kenny and his Allstate crew, I couldn’t agree more..! Kenny and his staff were prompt, friendly, honorable & very professional. Looking forward to working with Kenny and his Allstate crew again soon..!
