  Thank you State Farm for always being the best! I get both my vehicle & renters insurance coverage through State Farm. Today i had a policy review with Brad Thomas. He was friendly, smart, & helpful. I tend to avoid these kind of appointments, assuming the worst i guess, but i am so glad that i went. I left with better coverage, lower rates, & peace of mind...smiling! 😁 He asked questions, answered all of mine, listened to me ramble on about my crazy experiences as a driver in todays world, & saved me money! Thanks again!

  I’ve utilized Mr. Thorp’s location for the last two years for my renter’s insurance. On 2/18/26, I called hoping to receive a quote for auto insurance, as I felt my current coverage was extremely overpriced. In the past, I had reached out and never received a follow-up, but I’m glad I decided to try again. Mr. Brad Thomas was very pleasant and initially let me know that an agent would contact me, as soon as one came available. I shared my previous experience, and he assured me he would follow up later to ensure I received a callback. He did exactly that. Unfortunately, I did not receive a call back from another agent, but Brad was diligent, kept his word, and personally assisted me with the process. It’s rare to conduct business over the phone and feel genuinely taken care of from the moment you hear hello to the moment you say goodbye. Brad was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and a trait not often highlighted, he was patient. I never felt rushed throughout the quote process, and all of my questions were thoroughly answered. After reviewing and tailoring the coverage to fit my needs, I was able to switch and begin my new policy the very next day. Thanks again Brad, the New Zealand charm didn’t hurt either. Keep doing a great job!

  Brad was very helpful to my husband and myself when obtaining life coverage and adjusting everything to be updated. He was very responsive about getting us documents we needed and super easy to work with. Highly recommend anyone looking for any guidance to check in with him.
