- TMTanya MartinovMar 2, 20261.0This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we have ever had. You can almost never get anyone on the phone, and when you do, you’re told someone will call you back — which never happens. We made the decision to move to another company because of the lack of communication and follow-through. Our new provider repeatedly attempted to contact them, and so did we. When we finally reached a representative, we were promised that our proof of insurance history would be sent over. That never happened. If you are looking for a dependable and professional company, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.
