  A smooth and stress-free insurance experience with J.J. Insurance Services. I recently enrolled in motorcycle and renters insurance, and I'm quite impressed. After taking the time to learn about my needs, the staff came up with reasonably priced solutions. They made paperwork simple and communicated quickly and amiably. Dealing with people who genuinely care about their clients is pleasant.

  Getting my house and car insurance done here was a terrific experience. The team helped me select the appropriate coverage without putting any pressure on me and gave me clear explanations of everything. They made the entire process go smoothly and were responsive and patient. Knowing that my policies are in capable hands gives me confidence.

  I’ve been with this agency for years, and they handle my Auto and Home insurance perfectly. They treat me more like a neighbor than a policy number each time I call with a question. A team that is both genuinely friendly and professional is hard to come by. They made changing my coverage a very simple and stress-free process.

  After multiple phone calls, voicemails, and e-mails, I have not once been able to get a hold of this agent in the past few years since she took over from the previous owner. I worked around it every time by calling the corporate line and having my questions answered there. However, I now need to update my policy through my agent. After not getting my calls or e-mails answered for the last 2 weeks, I called a different local agent who answered the phone right away and helped me with my policy. I have now switched to him.

  If I could review this agencies service lower I would. They never return my phone calls, cant seem to handle simple requests, and never get back to me when they say they will. They have not been able to manage to remove my daughter from my policy even after 3 seperate 30 minute phone calls. They have over charged me $80, 3 times. Allstate will not refund me and when I asked this agency to pay me back the at the time, $160, they never got back to me. It then happened again. As soon as I can get this squared away I will be switching agencies.
