Refunds are not processed correctly, and when I call for assistance, I am transferred from one agent to another. In the end, I am told that they will try to locate the issue, but the system shows no information. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter carefully and provide a clear explanation and resolution as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and assistance. I visited your office in person and requested the cancellation.
