Then basically called me a liar said I asked them to. The gaslighting was crazy I dropped them went with another company out of clinton Jackson insurance now I have more insurance for less money and I dont have to be treated poorly for calling them out on their nonsense. I get full coverage for less than their liability. Plus state farm is in the news for not paying out on roof damage. Go check it out yourself. I definitely do not trust a insurance agent who say their employees do not make mistakes and that I was not telling the truth. Good riddance Gaven Byrd and state farm.
