- LLLinda LoScuitoJul 30, 20251.0When you need them, not there. Customer since 2007. Had me close and reopen several claims. Adjuster inspected the roof from the ground. Didn’t have a ladder. Denied. Tree fell on house. Denied. Due to having to reopen claims that were prematurely closed, my claims history is all over the place and cant get new insurance coverage. Ive had one claim paid out since 2007 for my floor getting flooded. Given them so much money. What is honestly the point of insurance if you cant use it and if you try to you become uninsurable. Tree fall ruined my gate, bowed my brick in by a couple inches, clipped my roof eve including the beam. Almost $20k in estimates. Sure, doesn’t reach my 2k deductible, ok. Thanks for absolutely nothing and ruining my ability to get new insurance due to claims history even though Ive only had one claim paid since 2007. Real nice.
