- BBBrooke4 days ago1.0I emailed one of the agents trying to get a quote over a week ago. They emailed back initially, but I haven’t heard from them in a week now and never even received a quote. I tried emailing again a few days ago and still no response. My homeowners insurance is up for renewal so I’m on a time crunch.

- VOVic OrcuttDec 12, 20251.0I was determined that I wasn't going to do a negative review due to the fact our agent was totally unaccessible for weeks for a simple address change when we moved. Receptionist seemed to always be running interference and would 'leave her a message' to return our call. Never happened. We had to contact a random agent in our new city to update info. and quote renewal rates. To add insult to injury, Allstate's renewal quote was not competitive, so we informed this 'new' agent we would not be renewing. We were assured there were to drafts scheduled after policy renewal date. Guess what? Our account was drafted for 'Motorclub' membership, and Allstate will only do a prorated refund. Absolutely the epitome of why people don't like and don't trust the insurance industry.
