    Can’t get ahold of theme ever. The girl that works in the office is rude and not helpful. Never have spoken to the actual agent. When I got in a car wreck I couldn’t get ahold of them for days and I had to go up to the office and she basically told me figure it out yourself and they wouldn’t do anything to help me, file a claim for me, or speak to the other insurance company. She is rude, and terrible customer service. You’re better off not having an agent and just calling the robot or 1800ALLSTATE for everything you need than using this agency.

    This office called, texted and emailed me monthly for a year trying to get me to switch. I finally did on Sept 1. I bundled home and auto. Then on Oct 6 I received a refund check for my home policy. The professional thing to do would been to call me and tell me, or ask one question when giving me a quote that could have avoided all of this. After receiving the refund I left 2 messages that went unreturned. On my third call someone was able to tell me the reason the policy was canceled. I tried to call today to cancel the policy effective immediately as I already have new coverage. No one answers the phone and calls to the 800 number are sent back to the office voicemail. This has been the most frustrating experience.

    The agents here are great, especially Kayla. She makes everything so easy. Highly recommend.
