- LSLydia ShannonOct 7, 20251.0Can’t get ahold of theme ever. The girl that works in the office is rude and not helpful. Never have spoken to the actual agent. When I got in a car wreck I couldn’t get ahold of them for days and I had to go up to the office and she basically told me figure it out yourself and they wouldn’t do anything to help me, file a claim for me, or speak to the other insurance company. She is rude, and terrible customer service. You’re better off not having an agent and just calling the robot or 1800ALLSTATE for everything you need than using this agency.
