  Called them for a quote. They quickly got to the bottom of what current coverage I had and deductible for my home and Auto. Improved my coverage and deductible and beat the other few companies that I was comparing. I would highly recommend Natalie Arnett State Farm insurance agency in Shawnee!

  Had questions about my bill and the payment date and they were very helpful answered all my questions and cleared up some of my confusion. They werevery courteous and thoughtful.

  These people are a joke. Lose checks. Tell you its in your bank account, then whoops we mailed it to the the home you sold. Canceled insurance over email that a 3rd grader could understand, but not them . They are partisan to friends in a divorce over obvious business procedures. I have filed a complaint.( will probably go nowhere) complete joke
