  Literally the worst person I’ve ever met. If I could give a negative star review I would, but sadly that’s not possible. This guy is terrible, don’t waist your time with this guy. I would never wish for anyone to have an interaction with this awful person.

  IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! Do not waste your time or money here. The management is incredibly unprofessional, arrogant, and outright hostile. I Was treated with total disrespect and witnessed them speaking down to other customers as well. They failed to follow through on their promises, lacked any form of empathy, and seemed to take joy in causing issues. Absolutely zero integrity. I have never encountered a more unpleasant person in a professional setting. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

  I strongly advise against doing business with Rupesh at this Allstate office. My experience was extremely frustrating due to poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and unprofessional customer service. Questions were not answered clearly, follow-up was inconsistent, and resolving even simple issues took far longer than expected. I felt ignored as a customer and did not receive the level of service I would expect when trusting someone with important insurance matters. There are many other insurance agents who are far more attentive and reliable—I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this insurance agent was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. The core issue wasn’t just the mistake that was made—it was how it was handled afterward. Errors happen in any profession, but professionalism is measured by accountability. In this case, instead of acknowledging a clear mistake that cost me both time and money, the agent chose to deflect responsibility and double down on being “right.” This lack of accountability turned what could have been a simple fix into a prolonged and stressful situation. I spent unnecessary time trying to resolve an issue that should have been straightforward, all while receiving little to no meaningful support. If you’re looking for someone who values transparency, communication, and taking responsibility when things go wrong, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  I recently got hooked up with Allstate through Andrew and I can't say this enough! he did a great job! he was very on top of it and personable! I am hard of hearing and sometimes that creates problems, He was kind and understanding! double and triple checked the information to make sure i was getting the best deal! Thank you for your help young man!
