They were happy to take my money to begin insuring with Allstate, but they are EXCEPTIONALLY unresponsive to requests for change/updates/add-ons of any kind. I’ve tried email, phone and web submission and either never receive a response or they call me 30 to 60 days later. My last problem is when you call and no one answers, which is about 99% of the time during business hours, there is a message that you will be transferred to the support center, but that never happens either. The product is great but maybe look for a different agent.
