It all seemed well until we got to the place to take her test, and realized the insurance wasn’t good until The 31st, today is the 18th!!! The policy was paid, this was an error on this agency. We called and were told to call corporate for whatever reason, couldn’t get a person! Called back to Elise who is the owner, by now it’s after 11, and the driving test was set for 10:55. Elise said she’d send over a new letter saying it was fixed etc, but after waiting longer (it’s about 11:30 now) she sends a letter with the wrong dates saying the policy was expired, mind you it was a brand new policy!!! We were over an hour late getting the requirements from this agency because they did it wrong in the first place! We are switching asap. Be CAREFUL, they don’t pay attention to detail!!!
