  Way too expensive. I changed insurance, from Ogden to my current agent. I canceled my policy with Ogden and two days later they drafted a payment for the renewal. When I asked why it happened they said they mistakenly had me on auto pay. Then when I asked about getting my money back they said it would be 7 to 10 days. Ridiculous that they make a mistake and then tell me I have to wait to get my money back. Do not do business with ogden.

  If I could give less stats I would. Hostile lazy unfriendly people who could care less about their customers! Don't bother calling they don't answer the phone! My parents were 30 plus year customers with full coverage insurance. I was driving my mom around shopping one day recently and backed into a car. We never could get ahold of this company MANY times so had to call main office. This happened more than once. They tried to convince them they had to add me on their insurance but I don't live with them and very rarely drive their vehicles. Hence full coverage! My parents don't know any better but we helped them figure things. They did pay to have the other vehicle repaired, minimal damage by the way, then these people CANCELLED their insurance! They said they had to go to the office to sign the papers which was a 50 mile drive so they could get their refund. When they get there a sign on the door said they were closed for a meeting until 2 so they kill some time, go back at 2:10 and the door was still locked. They and another customer knock on the doors fir a while and they finally answered the door. Tried to tell the they didnt have to paperwork to cancel and they wold have to come back another day. After insisting the lady became hostile and rude and said she has to go find the paperwork. The other customer that was there for the ordeal told her to just go get him the same paperwork because he was tired of them too. He said he had been trying to get someone on the phome for over a week! They had been over charged for YEARS. New insurance is $400 less every six months now! GOOD RIDDANCE!
