Two claims are not even showing up on the app and when I call the number for claims it automatically hangs up on you. We pay almost 400 a month between all vehicles and motorcycles and now that we need to use it they aren't paying up.

Did the exact same quote but this agency was coming in $30/month more. I made that comment so we could figure out why it was more expensive than the other Allstate agency and all the representative stated was "well then, go with the other agency." Unprofessional. Got a call back a few minutes later but I wasn't going to work with this agency after that.
