The customer service has always been great but it’s often said that you never really know how good your insurance is, until you have a claim. My daughter was in an auto accident that was not her fault. I was trying to work through the claim process on my own but things were stalled for over a month because the other party began changing their story. I reached out to Jeff’s office for help and spoke with Alicia. She patiently listed to my entire story and was happy to help. She worked with her team to advocate on my behalf while keeping me informed all the way. I’m so happy to say she was successful and we were finally able to move forward with our claim to have the vehicle repaired! I want to say thank you to Alicia and your team for the amazing customer support that I received. I just can’t say thank you enough. After 26 years as a customer, I can honestly say you won’t find better customer service than at Jeff Eaton’s State Farm office.
