  Chris spend over an hour on the phone w me explaining all my policy questions and concerns. He was so very kind and got my premiums at a place I could afford. This young man is knowledgeable and willing to help. If you’re not using Chris you’re missing out. A huge asset to this company.

  I called today and talked to Chris. I was truly impressed! He was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. That's a rarity! Thanks, Chris, you're an asset to the Shawn Reeves Agency. 04/12/2026 Shawn Reeves Agency is awesome but don't call their MAIN NUMBER! Their automated service is like a vacuum cleaner... When it isn't sucking, it's waiting to suck. When you ask for Customer Service, GIVE ME CUSTOMER SERVICE😡 They're so blood sucking thirsty to have you file a claim it's pathetic. Allstate, nobody has to take business from you, all they have to do is call your main number... FIX IT!!!

  Ryan and I have spoken several times. I think it’s pretty cool that brothers work together, Shawn’s agency is one of the good ones. The photo has no relevance to and insurance agency in Edmond, OK but you have to admit, its a nice photo.

  Hated to see amber leave but Lainie is just as helpful. She is very nice and willing to help her customers out in any way She can. She responded to my text very quickly. I thought I had taken full coverage off months ago but thought I would double check glad I did. I just didn't realize that my 6 months was up & due again on auto pay. I was dued to get a refund and when I seen the money come out of my bank account. I didn't realize what it was for and was upset because I knew I was to get a refund period she explained that it was the timing of my call that threw me off, made perfect sense when she explained.. kudos! To Lainie.
