  It was time to renew our home and auto policy, which I’ve had for several years. Unfortunately, this company chose to increase my premiums. After several inquiries, I found an Allstate agency that is just outstanding in every way. I can vouch that my experience with Whitney was nothing short of exceptional. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer questions in a way that was easy to understand. This type of quality service and customer care was the main reason I chose Allstate. I am looking forward to interacting with Matt Siebert’s Allstate agency.

  I have recently dropped AllState due to the horrible coverage that Matt Siebert provided us in our house. It was obvious with the coverage and the deductible that he was trying to make the most he could off the policy. This review is to report the continued problems we are having with this company! The decking on our roof did not meet code and our policy covered 100% to get up to code. Allstate is continuing to ask for the same information over and over again from our roofer and they are obviously trying to get out of this coverage. If anyone is considering Allstate (especially Matt Siebert) then please reconsider. Don’t even take my word for it. Call a local roofer and ask them how hard this company (Allstate) is to deal with! They are truly horrible and I hope they go out of business so people stop getting ripped off!

  Recently switched home insurance over to bundle with my auto insurance coverage with Matt's agency. I was very pleased with how quickly and easily Carolyn made the transition and how low my monthly payments are for both home and auto through Allstate now. Thank you Carolyn and Matt!
